You might be interested to know that that Emmit Otter's Jug-Band Christmas was written by Russel Hoban, a favorite writer of mine, who just this week died at the age 86.

I'm saddened to learn of his passing, Brian. This is one of my favorite Christmas movies, a kind of muppet 'Gift of the Magi' story.
